Joe has been absolutely exceptional. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. When there was an unknown problem with my car, he underwent extensive investigations, and did everything he could to reduce the stress on my end. I was without my car for approximately a month while the problem was being resolved. He was entirely accommodating, and his customer service has been impeccable. I watched him offer to pay $10 out of his own pocket to pay for fuel at the nearest gas station when the mechanics had drained my tank after service. That level of customer service stuck with me. He is an absolute ASSET to your company. ????
Kyle is the truth. Dude is friendly, attentive, and most importantly I feel like he cares about his work and how he interacts with customers.

Made appt for service item that was told price was $99.95. On arrival Service Advisor gave me work order to sign with expanded service item so price would be $329.95. Feels like attempt to deceive me -or someone not paying attention. Trickery ??

Five star rating is for Tim Rau, he always provide world class services. Thank you for helping me with the out of warranty repair, greatly appreciated. He also knew that I was in the market for the new RX, so he loan me a brand new one while the car is being fixed. That was a great experience and will definitely consider getting one.
