It took a full month to change a few seals. This was a set appointment made over a week in advance. The service advisor said management and directors kept pulling off the mechanic to do other jobs. So my vehicle sat untouched or partially completed for weeks.
John was very nice and professional and it seemed as if all the guys behind the counters were courteous and respectful with each other. My work was done quickly and I appreciated it.
