I am very disappointed with Ram’s decision not to replace my radio. The truck is a 2018 Ram 1500 with only 55k miles on it. So it just surpassed the warranty period by couple of months and perhaps 5k miles. it’s a known issue and the fact that Dodge or Ram trucks made a very short sided decision not to recall these systems or at least cover them is incredibly wrong. Having said that my experience with your Service Department was a Good one. Greyson, my service rep was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions and provided the agreed upon service in a timely manner. His communication with me was above board and he was empathetic to my concerns about the radio debacle. In addition my conversations with Joseph Acevedo were appreciated.

My service advisor was great, but this isn’t the first occasion I’ve left my car there and they’ve forgotten I’m just getting routine maintenance and it takes almost the whole day to get something done that should not take nearly that long.

You have to book a week+ in advance but still need to leave the car overnight. What’s the point of having an appointment? Also a $100 charge for an item that was broken on a Certified Pre Owned car the day I picked it up isn’t fair. A $15 Lyft credit doesn’t help much unless you live next door to the dealer. Glad I didn't purchase the extended warranty from Airpark, was considering it but now will go elsewhere.

Joe and the service I received was great! Services were completed and I was given another Wagoneer loaner until mine was completed. My Wagoneer was returned cleaned and with a full tank of gas. Thank you Joe and Airpark Jeep!
