Unrelated to service comment - as a loyal LT Lexus owner, I actually dislike the name spelled out on your new models. I think the emblem on an identifiable and unique (just like other luxury brands - Mercedes, BMW, Audi etc..). Please bring back the Lexus “L” emblem.

I came in for my 60,000 mile 60 point checkup for my ES350. I turned on car today, the morning after service, and navigation system is stuck. The radio cannot be turned on. Both worked fine before I brought car in for service. Who completes the 60 point check off list? This leads me to wonder what else was not checked and/or repaired on my car.
John is a credit to his business at the highest level. He goes “the second mile” on every interaction. I would ask to have John represent me at any service call in the future. He is a consummate professional.
