I didn’t think I had to check work. However found coolant level Low after service. So I had to go through everything to make sure it was right. I also just had my dodge Ram 2500 serviced and it came back with footprints in the floor board and Kyle said it was washed but it was a ooor job. Also service advisors should tel you that when they off a tire rotation it is an up sell not complementary as implied. Kyle says he’s super busy so maybe if you lighten the work load he can make sure these items don’t happen. Last I was sent a lift voucher that was experiencing and did not work. Kyle is a good guy I just think there is a few disconnects in the service department.

I left my Jeep renegade with Jacob over three weeks ago. I brought it in needing my ac fixed and needing my front drivers side tire checked for a slow leak. During those 3 weeks, Jacob didn’t call me once to update me. I had to chase him down with multiple unanswered calls/messages left each week to get a hold of him. During the final week, I called twice reminding him to check my tire and asking him to verify that he solved the issue. He told me both times it was a sensor issue and it was solved. Fast forward to Saturday I picked up my Jeep and could clearly see before even entering the vehicle that my tire was severely low. When I started my car, the tire PSI was at 20 (at risk for a flat) meaning not only was it clearly not a sensor issue, but it also was clearly not fixed nor addressed. Even worse is the fact that the car was driven out to the front to be picked up in that condition with no one noticing. Jacob of course wasn’t working and someone took my car back to fill it up so I could at least drive it home but now after not having it for three weeks and paying almost a $1000 we have to spend our Monday bringing it back to the service center to have them fix a problem that he spent the last three weeks assuring me was already addressed and solved.
