Always great professional service
1. After not hearing anything for a couple days I called the service rep Joe. He first told me I called the wrong rep. Then he discovered it was one of his. He did not know the status. This took multiple voice mails to get a call back.
2. A couple days later I called to find a status since I had not heard anything and this time he gave me an update.
3. I did not receive a call when my truck was done . I assumed because I received this email it must be done. So I called and found out it was.
Completely unimpressed.

This was my third time dealing with Jacob Skaalen in Airpark Jeep service. As has always been the case: Jacob is the very best in his role I have ever experienced — in any car dealership I have dealt with in my life. Truly, he is tops in thoroughness, communication, personal attention. Because of his professionalism, I would never go anywhere else to service my car, nor would I go to any other dealership next time I make a car purchase: because Jacob has earned my long term loyalty to Airpark Jeep.
RDG is the best service advisor. He is very honest, and personally follows up with me and only advised the service which is required. He is the best!!!!

Hi Richard, when I picked up the Grand Wagoneer it was like it was in the middle of an update. Middle screen was unavailable while it loaded data for four minutes. Upon trying to use active lane management or assisted cruise control I got same error that they are unavailable and service is required. Just like when I dropped it off for repair.
