The service rep was totally professional but I did not receive a ‘pink slip’ indicating an estimate for a couple minor repairs we discussed. I also did not receive a print out of the results of the multi point inspection.

Service manager Ronnie Crowe did a great job.
However, the final car pick up experience was bad. There was no body at the pickup desk for about 15min to provide the service, when the car was finally brought to the front lot, the driver’s door step strip was very dirty with multiple foot prints.
Evan Frykman was very helpful as always, took care of my car’s problem even if I didn’t have an appointment.
