I made an appointment and was told I needed to mark off 2 hours for an oil change. Not a problem, but after 2.5 hours I was still waiting. No one came to tell me what was going on. By the time I got my car I had waited 2 hours and 50 min and my service person when asked why this took so long, said sorry it was a busy morning. I asked why he couldn’t come and convey that information to me and he just shrugged his shoulders.
Daven was great, super helpful and informative. I’m on my 5th car from dealership and there is no way I will buy another car or from another dealership.
This was my first time servicing my Lexus Gx460 at South County Lexus and I was very happy with the process. I was greeted courteously and promptly by your greeting staff, then RGD came out and helped me with my appointment and was a genuine pleasure. He’s personable, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I considered less expensive alternatives to service my vehicle, but am willing to come directly to your dealership if you continue to provide excellent service. Thank you.

Everyone was so nice and helpful in every way. Even my original salesman came by and said hello. He also called to see how everything went because he said he was busy that day. My car was done in a timely matter and again, everyone, especially Tim was so professional and handled my situation perfectly.
Hassan is a lovely person. He was very easy to work with and explained my dilemma. He went above and beyond to help me figure out questions about my Lexus. Not only that, he programmed radio stations for me. I highly recommend him. He’s a valuable asset to your company.
I would give four and a half...my car did not seem washed well at all...bird spots still on car and most obviously on the sunroof glass :/

John was extremely friendly and helpful with our service. He initially told us that our sun visor repair and tailgate check for recall would take up to 2 hours. We elected to wait even though we were not expecting that length of wait. Within 10 minutes of our entering the lounge area he came in to tell us that it was already being worked on. He had us checked out and on our way in leass than an hour! I highly recommend John as a service advisor!!
