As always, Richard was awesome. I showed up without an appointment because the change oil light came on and I have an upcoming trip and it was somewhat of an urgent situation. He got me right in, insisted on having them check the nail in the tire as well (thank you!) and got it all done quickly. Can't ask for better service!
Airpark Jeep likes to treat its customers of the platinum elite program like ****. I continually asked each service interval when can I extend the platinum warranty NOBODY AT THE DEALERSHIP KNOSWS TJE ANSWER! Including the individual on Friday who said he was the owner and was calling the police on me at the dealership
