Great service bit i waited over 3 hours
Richard was not responsive at all. We brought our Promaster van in for warranty issue which apparently need a part it sat in the lot for about a week at which time we went in to see when it would be repaired and we were told that it may be a few weeks before the part would be available. There was never any communication from Richard. When the part finally came in the van was out of warranty but a manager send since it was brought in before the warranty was up they would repair it at no charge ( I have a receipt stating no balance due) About 3 weeks later Richard final calls looking for payment. I am a contractor and have 4 vehicles and will be in the market to replace one of them but I will never use Airpark Dodge again!

If you are going to venture into the luxury car market with the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer the service experience can’t be the same as Jeep. I don’t have the time to sit for hours waiting on an oil change. You gotta have cars ready as loaners/rental. My lift gate is making a noise, Anthony and I both h heard it at check in, your tech didn’t hear it, so I got the car back. It didn’t make noise on the next 1-2 openings, now it’s back. So now I need to spend more time to bring it back with the hopes it repeats the noise for the mechanic.
Anthony was very helpful understood my concerns and addressed them. Excellent customer service!

The pricing I paid to repair a wire was outrageous. Grayson was a good service advisor. I came in telling him what was wrong, he scanned it, and found the same. But $500.00 is crazy. I probably won’t be back.
John was amazing, got me in took care of everything I needed and was very communicative.
