The reasons for taking my car in to Dodge Airpark Dodge Scottsdale I had a oil leak and it was due for a Zack tech after the car was in for less than a day, I got a call to pick the car it was finished. The Zack tech was not done. The car was still dirty John, who was the service operator was very unprofessional by raising his voice to me. I spoke with the Director of service. I felt completely humiliated. I did raise my voice back and the oil leak on my vehicle is still leaking. I honestly believe the car was not touched. I purchased the car from Airpark Dodge. I bought the best warranty for the car, and since the takeover of that particular dealership, it has gone down in my opinion
Gary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Hard to find people like gary today that go out of their way to update you and make sure that you are kept informed and up to date on the progress of your vehicle (or anything for that matter) we all need more Gary’s in todays world.
I think that Richard Small my advisor is worth every penny you pay him and more. He went out of my way to help me.

I did not like the new Lyft policy. $15 is not enough to get me home and back to dealership. If I make an appointment for a service repair, it ends up taking the whole day even though I have an appointment. It’s also is a hassle to get my car in to be looked at if a light comes on or when I need immediate work done.
