Brought car in because the check engine light was on. Picked car up yesterday after paying bill of $887. Before I had driven 50 miles, the check engine came back on. Jacob was sick when I picked the car up yesterday and I left him a message this morning explaining the situation. I haven’t heard back from him yet, so I’m assuming he’s still out sick. Hopefully, I’ll hear from him tomorrow to figure out next step.

We had a bad experience years ago with this dealership, but on Monday we had our car at another service provider. They were unable to fix it. Their service advisor connected with Greyson and he told the other advisor that you were very available and to bring our car over.
On Tuesday we didn't hear from Greyson. We called after 3:00. He said he didn't know that the technician was in class, but he would get to it on Wednesday.
On Wednesday I called and emailed to find out what was happening with our car. No response. I left a message with the service manager, Todd. Greyson then called me back. He said that since we didn't have an appointment, they were just fitting us in when they can. I said that I was confused since we were told to bring it over on Monday after he talked to the other service advisor. He said he never talked to anyone at the other shop. We happen to know that is untrue. We even talked with Greyson when we dropped the car off about his conversations with the other shop.
After 4:00 on Wednesday, Greyson called and said that their tech was now able to work on the car. I told him to wait until I called back. He said then the tech was going home and nothing would happen until he was back around 6:30 am tomorrow morning. We ended up picking the car up and will NEVER go back there for ANYTHING!
10/10 service. Fast, reasonably priced and excellent service from Jospeh and the tech teams.
