Greyson, you told me and my wife that the battery we bought from air park in September of 2020 was under a 2 year warranty only. You made these claims without looking at the battery or runnng the vin. After digesting your false information while waiting, we went to Costco and spent $170 on a new battery and confirmed that you were lying, although it was apparent. Our battery should have been under a 3 year warranty as stated on the battery itself but we were forced to go elsewhere due to either your laziness or outright lack of integrity. The way we see it is that you owe us $170 and we will never spend another dollar at this business unless it is rectified. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at

You should let the customer have the option of NOT having the vehicle washed. I’m sure most appreciate it, I do not. I had just had the truck detailed and all that did was water spot all of it
