I was there for replacement screen not buying a vehicle
Our bags were packed, dog in car, we hit the road. Then the engine light went on. We pulled in, no appointment, Jon took one look and determined the vehicle needed a software update. He got us in and out within an hour. Disaster avoided and we hit the road once again headed up to Northern Arizona. Thank you!

Kyle is the BEST! We were troubleshooting an issue with my truck. Kyle had a technician join us (wish I could remember his name because he was wonderful!!). We discussed the error codes and came up with a plan. Kyle takes the time to answer any questions and shows me where in the many menus of information to find the information that can help me.
