Every time I drop my truck off for the Day and ask for a balance and rotate they tell me at the end of the service that the large wheel adapter for the machine is broken and they cannot complete the job. Then I have to schedule another appointment at Discount Tire taking up more of my time. How long is Airpark going let the machine adapter be broken. Jeep and Ram owners typically upgrade to a larger wheel for off roading. It is ridiculous that it has been broke since my last oil change 5-6 months ago.

I was called to set up an appointment the week before. When I got to the service department there was no record of the appointment. I was told they could do the service but it would be 1 1/2 hours. 2 1/2 hours later it was finally done. When we bought the car we were told. We bought the platinum warranty and oil changes would be included. Anthony said there was no record of service being paid for from the sale.your people who call looking to drum up work apparently don't know how to enter the appointments into the service area schedule. So no I'm not satisfies or happy with my experience!

Richard Small is the best customer service representative I have ever worked with since becoming a customer at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in late 2016. He embodies ideal customer service and could teach a master class. I will continue to come to Airpark for as long as he works there. I can’t think of a better asset to the company. He should be at the very top of the pay scale if he isn’t already. He is priceless!

Thought it unreasonable to take 4.5 hours to perform an oil change, rotate tires and address to minor recall items for the tailgate and a software update to a rear camera. I sent a text to the service advisor at the 3.5 hour mark to check status of my vehicle, and received a reply that the the oil change was in process and the service advisor would come find me in the waiting area once my vehicle was complete, however the service advisor never came by. I received a phone 45 minutes later to state my vehicle was done. Service advisor stated he sent a text which I never received, however I did receive the initial text of the status my vehicle mentioned above. Two other items, one was the Ram app was not reflecting the oil change service and the recalls where still showing, I left a message for the service advisor to ask why these where not being updated and never heard back. Made a subsequent call later in the day and spoke with the service advisor and he stated it would take a couple of days to update the service performed on the app. A simple communication to myself when the vehicle was finished to say, sir the app will reflect the service we did in a couple days. That would have been sufficient. Also tire pressure where all over the board. With 5 PSI difference between tires. Please due better here Airpark Dodge. Thank you John.
