Anthony treated me like a customer. In this world that is hard to find now.
He always returned my calls and respectful of me. I had bad service with Airpark before but because of Anthony I know bad service with me should not happen again.

Owful service after keeping my car from 7 am to almost 3pm they did not do anything and Tod was so rude he told me I don't do anything Kyle didn't update me I never ever comeback for service and I'm gonna to write a bad review and if I get time,I'll complain!!!!!

The last (2) times I have come in for an oil change and tire rotation (and paid!) they have decided to not do the tire rotation and don't even tell me until I pick it up.. I asked for the rotation too... I will not be back. I have been coming to you for years too. Horrible service
Greyson was a little terse as he explained the initial process and charges. Not very friendly. Your parts & labor charges are steep. I imagine the mechanics only get a fraction of what you charge for service and that it’s mostly profit for the corporation.
Kyle was great to work with. He stayed in touch and followed up on questions.
Kyle is what makes me return to the dealer for aervice.
Joe always does a good job and satisfying the customer is his#l #1 priority.
Anthony is professional and courteous, I really enjoy having the same technician each time I visit. He is truly an asset.
