Kyle is always so friendly and helpful with our Jeep needs. Additionally, that day I also had a problem with my other vehicle’s tire and we were heading out of town the very next day. Kyle took my car back, added air into all of my tires and found a screw in one of them. He marked the tire so that I could take it to Discount Tired to have a plug put in. That little stop was huge in our world as we were getting ready to drive that car across country. Kyle was so helpful.

We had an appointment at 11 to get only 1 key programmed.
It took quite a while to get an advisor to check us in.
Then he said it would be 1 1/2 hours wait to get the key programmed and at a ridiculous price, We already paid for the cut key.
After waiting a few minutes, we decided to cancel the service appointment and left.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE.. completely blown away.. This was the first time in 2 years of purchasing my Ram truck brand new 2 years ago that anyone in this establishment has gone above and beyond to help me. I didn’t even have an appt. Greyson was kind understanding he listened and FOLLOWED (key operative word) through with everything… Thank you for that Greyson there are still kind people who actually care about customer service that is a rarity in the world we live in today. I thank you for that. I will be requesting Greyson from now on.

2021 dodge ram truck
I understand staffing problems. However you had my truck for 2 days and the team was not able to address both issues that brought me in for service.
