Richard Small was very hands on and kept me very informed of the progress on my Jeep as well as options for repairs. I’m deaf and used text ,email with pictures to address the findings while diagnosing the problems with my Jeep . I generally do not use a dealership’s service centers because I don’t feel like there is a personal connection with the customer or frankly care about them . Well Richard made me rethink my my past hesitancy to use a dealership’s service center and I will be a repeat customer in the future as long as he is there to provide his services. In closing I hope the dealership and upper management take care of Richard as well as the way he took care of me . Kyle is an excellent service technician. You guys are lucky to have him.
John remains a stellar example of how to work with a client. Always professional and upfront about issues. His approach to discussions makes me as client know what the issues are and what needs to be done to resolve them. His attention to detail and how he works with clients is the main reason I continue to return for service.
Client service departments would do well to have John train them on how to work with clients while meeting the needs of the business.

Richard is not very good at communicating. I texted him and left messages about when my vehicle would be finished and he didn’t get back to me so after a few hours of waiting I showed up and he was sitting at desk which I personally feel like he must have been ignoring me. I dropped car aft at 8:30 am showed up at 4-430. He could have easily just texted me back and there would have been no issues. Also tried to sell me a battery for $550 when it was under warranty. Kinda shady if you ask me. I will say work was done very well. Communication is key in the service industry and I think Richard needs some work with that.
