Greyson was welcoming, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He listened when I discussed the electrical issue (intermittent USB connection) and took the time to address the issue. I am impressed. Due to the UAW strike, parts delivery time is unknown and Greyson made sure that I knew what was happening and that a firm timeline was not available. I appreciated the honesty.
We purchased our Ram there 5 years ago. We did not modify our side mirrors. They came with chrome backs. We brought it in for the passenger side side mirror, as it didn't fold outward when pushing the button on the driver's door to open both mirrors. We had a similar issue with the driver side last year. Both times came with questions from the service team about whether we added after market chrome back to the mirrors as apparently the trucks VIN does not show this history. However this is how the truck was sold to us in 2018. Thus we expect to receive our truck back with the same features we had in the first place

I had called weeks ago to schedule the appointment and was only given an appointment because they could confirm the parts would be in by today. Upon arrival, Kyle seemed to be looking at my account for the first time. Not once did I receive a call or a message from anyone letting me know that the parts in fact would not be in. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and did not receive any notice until 1 PM letting me know the parts were not in. A simple phone call would have sufficed and I would have been completely understanding.
