Dropped off on Monday and didn’t get back until Thursday. For the first two days all that was done was diagnostics and cabin filter change and oil change. Could not find anything wrong with air suspension despite evidence that it was malfunctioning via my observations and photos of the error message. I had to rent a car for four days. Unable to get a loaner from the dealer despite the slow service and extended time they needed to finish up my vehicle. On Wednesday, I never heard from anyone at all despite calling and leaving voicemail asking for status.
Worst service I have ever had.
