I took my Durango in for regular maintenance for the first time. While the service entrance seemed quite busy, Richard expedited my vehicle’s service and I was on my way in less than 90 minutes. Very friendly and professional experience.

Since purchasing vehicle I have only serviced at dealership but that will be changing moving forward. Every time visiting Franklloyd wright location it feels like a money grab.
Last visit will be my last. Oil change and tire rotation prepaid Mopar, I informed associate might passenger headlight was out and to provide quote. $650 for bulb only, denied service and found another service provider bulb & labor $350.
Noticed a charge for $169 diagnostics for electric stating preapproved, never discussed that. Reason I was told is mechanic needed to get paid for labor time.
Decoding of I should proceed with complaint to BBB, either way won’t be back.
