I bought the jeep into the dealership because my steering column wouldn't turn without great effort.. only managed 30° turn. Checked all the manuals and lights to see the problem.. take to dealership for service.. so tow... call me if you need the rest of the story.

With all due respect to your intense service schedules...please take the time to detail my services. Did I get synthetic, synthetic blend, or conventional oil in my diesel? Was my 5 wheel rotation the 4 wheel drive standard or something else? Spare went to front right which seems unorthodox. Just would appreciate documentation because my next service may be out of state. Thank you for your response in advance!
Gary did a great job managing the service. He set expectations about the timeline and scope of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service experience. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed that the 12v aux port was not working. After taking it back that day, he personally helped me diagnose and replace a fuse that had blown out.
Hard to be satisfied when car scheduled week or more in advance - on site before schedule time on Wednesday am and there until Saturday am. When picking up - nothing was done to vehicle. Was not even looked at. So no not satisfied with experience at all. If I could I would give car back to dealership based upon that unsatisfactory experience.
