Our jeep with roughly 2000 miles on it had a coolant leak. I brought the jeep in to service for repair and service had our jeep for over 2 weeks waiting for hose/coolant line. Neither should have happened.
I purchased my truck at your dealership on 2022 and brought it back for service anticipating that since I bought it at your dealership, I would have a good experience being that it’s a first time I brought it in for any issues unfortunately was very disappointed with the service department, customer service and the fact that they had my truck for seven days and did nothing to diagnose the issue. I didn’t get a loaner I didn’t get a rental and I didn’t even get a call to get an update I had to call for an update cause the service man did not bother to call me to at least give me status. I had to go pick up my truck and take it to a different dealership I regret taking my vehicle to your dealership, I hope that you guys make it changes in your service department as of now I will be taking my business elsewhere
