My pickup was in the shop for a month. No one called to update me on the status
We brought the truck back home and I received a cowardly text saying that the manufacturer sent the wrong parts.
You are the only dealership that handles Rocky Ridge.
I purchased three vehicles in three years and I would expect at least a phone call. Monday I will be calling Rocky Ridge to get their side of the story. Beyond disappointed
Gary was very easy to work with and excellent at communicating the status of my vehicle. He actually solved the problem and explained the steps taken to identify the issue causing all the alerts on my new car and the electrical failure that occurred in July. Very happy! It’s been driving great now.
Booked suspension steering issues on your internet portal. Explained the issues in the comment box etc. Brought truck in at 9AM 2 days later and it sat for 2 days in the lot, no tecchnion available. Kyle said maybe by Wednesday the week after. Not acceptable get rid of the online booking and stop wasteing customers time etc.the online booking and the actual shop are on two entirely different time lines.

The lack of communication between my service advisor and myself was terrible. My service appointment was 8 AM and wasn’t even looked at until the following day around 11:30. I had to inquire about the status of my Wrangler 4XE because I received ZERO communication from my advisor.
