I will never come back your service department didn't even start to do my safety recall service work for over an hour then whe I asks John olyero about it he got all defensive and started dropping the f bomb this and f bomb that and called me a **** **** hole and a **** moron I have ever ever been talked to like that in my life!! And if that is not bad enough John oltero accused me of stealing someone's keys!!!
I felt so intimidated I'm going to contact Jeep and recommend they fire John Oltero. Do to his demeaning arrogant aggressive crass behavior. It seems he has mental stability issues could possibly become a physical menace. You can check with his other manager agens that witnessed this about 10:45 yesterday.
