The service time was fast
I did not receive service. I dropped my car off at 4pm Tuesday and was never told my car would not be ready by the following day. At 5pm Wednesday I followed up on the status of my vehicle and was told it would not be ready for pickup that day. I had to be at work early Thursday morning and a courtesy vehicle was unavailable because my car had not been looked at yet. I went in for my car on Wednesday night to take my car since I needed it back for work Thursday. My time was wasted and communication on service was not clear with Airpark.
Gary was great. Enjoyed working with him.
Working with Kyle makes the task of bringing your car in for service a stress free experience. Kyle explains everything you can expect and is very personable and knowledgeable. I so appreciate Kyle, he’s great!
