Gary is excellent! He is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he understands the new hybrid cars so well.
But, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of a good WiFi connection at the dealership. After waiting nearly 2 hours for my car, the system went down and I had to come back on another day and start all over. This is the 2nd time this happened! There were no rental cars available to use, so I had to stay. It was such a waste of my time, and a waste of the service staff's time to have such antiquated system. I hope it can be updated in time for the next appointment.

I liked that Anthony under promised the time it would take.
Forgot to reset oil change minder. Most customers probably wouldn’t even look at that. Not a big deal for me but could be for other customers. Otherwise did a good job and appreciate the effort on the rattle coming from right rear removable window. Anthony is professional and easy to work with.
