Airpark was able to repair an issue that another Jeep dealer (AutoNation CDJR) ignored and then claimed they could not duplicate even though I duplicated it for the service writer, tech, and service director. Airpark took ownership of this issue and made the repairs. Thankfully Airpark hires skilled mechanics and not just error code readers like AutoNation CDJR.
Anthony was great but the time it took to resolve this problem from December to the end of March is unacceptable. This is on a brand new Rubicon leased in December.

Gary is great but the length of time I’ve had to leave my Jeep or wait for a part is not acceptable. I’ve gotten several vehicles from your dealership and have always been taken care of. This is very disappointing and I may consider other dealerships in the future.
I will definitely ask for Kyle again.

Gary got the car in and out of the service centet in an hour and fifteen minutes. He made the visit easy and got me in and out. Would happily go to him again for my additional service needs.
I am still waiting to hear what is going on with my vehicle… I’m understanding that they don’t have a glue what is wrong with my jeep.
My jeep has been there for2 days with a starting issue. Airport Jeep did a diagnostic and found batteries were low level. They replaced and called us to pick- up, well when we arrived thinking it was fixed , to our surprise it still wouldn’t start. Obviously no one checked their work. I question if the problem was batteries!!! Left car overnight and as of late afternoon was told they still couldn’t find a resolution for problem
2 full days for a starting problem,that no one can diagnose?? Really??
I am sure some how this should have been resolved in 2 days,even if someone had to contact Jeep and ask questions?
I hope that some one will make this a priority and get the situation handled.
We are not trying to be a problem , just won’t are Jeep fixed!!
Would like a response Friday Am pertaining to this situation.
