Technical unable to ID the problem nor fix my durango:
The technician indicated the problem was associated with an immobilizer, but Dodge no longer make the part
I ordered a used part(as suggested by tech) and had it programmed through a third-party locksmith) but I still have the issue. what a waste of time and money to get the runaround
My issue is my 2006 Durango emergency flashers will NOT stop blinking.

Had a very hard time getting an update on repair status. I left voice messages, text messages and asked to be directly connected to my advisor and got zero answers when I thought my vehicle would be done the same day. Usually not the case but someone dropped the ball. If this were the norm, I would not return or recommend anyone get repairs done at Airpark.

Anthony is the reason I continue coming to Airpark Service. I purchased my first Jeep in 2010 and have been a costumer ever since. A couple of years ago the service had really declined and I went through several advisors and had multiple bad experiences. I no longer wanted to use Airpark despite the convenient location to both my home and work. However, since I've been working with Anthony it's been nothing but excellent. He's responsive, dependable and honest. He is an asset to Airpark.
