Took almost two weeks to get my car back. No communication the first week after I dropped it off. Finally picked it up yesterday and still having issues with the step going up and down sometimes. Disappointed to say the least.

If the vehicle had to be in for a recall regardless, the diagnosis for the other issue should have been waived for the inconvenience of bringing the vehicle in.

I received another recall letter in March for the same diesel fuel pump issue. I called your service line and asked if I could get the recall and my final oil change and tire rotation completed. They said the parts were not in yet and there was some wait list set up for parts. Which I found very strange since it’s a potentially serious recall matter. They suggested I wait to have the recall and oil change/tire rotation done at the same time. But gave me no timeline. They knew it was me since I was added to the wait list. When I brought my vehicle in for service they said my third oil change and tire rotation, included with my vehicle purchase, had expired and I had to pay for it. Needless to say I am very upset about losing this benefit and the fact that the service department call line did not inform that it would expire and suggested that I wait to combine my service and recall.

My vehicle was in your shop for 5 weeks to repair a $300 part for $2,300.00. Your service manager was completely unprofessional. The warranty was not permitted, and I was instructed to use my vehicle insurance before they would even diagnose the problem. I paid cash, as I am considering legal action to enforce the warranty work. I would like to schedule a meeting with the general manager to discuss the situation in its entirety.
