The service was horrible. Made appointment for oil change and break. Drop the car at 12. Richard said it would be 4 hrs total. He would call me after the inspection. Never called. 3 hrs later, i called, they said they dont have time to do the break. Have to be the next day. So disrespectful. Not even apologize. Never go back

Gary gave me an accurate time estimate on when my vehicle would be ready, took physical notes on my concerns and followed up with all of the information regarding each upon pick up.
John is outstanding! He makes you feel like a welcomed customer and makes sure all my questions are answered and he is meticulous in his job.

Gary was very nice to work with and communicated with me about my car very well. The only thing, and I know it’s not Gary’s fault, is that everything I. My center console and glove box was taken out and left on the passenger seat. But over all good service.

Richard was wonderful! Came in for just an oil change and was informed that I had a recall on my vehicle. Richard quickly responded by finding the technician who could perform the recall work. The technician promptly verified parts were in stock. Both the recall and oil change were completed quickly in 2 hours. Richard and all the service advisors have all been GREAT!
