Richard Small is the most unprofessional person I’ve met. When a mistake was made that caused a major issue to my vehicle, he dodged me for a full day and then attempted to blame the issue on me for not advising him that my truck had a tune modification. The tune knob is located right next to the plug in port and more obvious than can ever be. Plus the truck was brought in for an alignment and fuel tank check, absolutely no reason why it should have had the computer flashed back to factory.
