Kyle tries hard,and succeeds. We have 8 cars , various makes, and he's my favorite service advisor.
Kyle is responsive, respectful and very good at his job. He makes it a pleasure to head into service
Richard has made service on my truck less of a hassle. Richard is always up beat and a pleasure to work with.
John did a great job getting my handicap van into the service dept. and getting the job expedited, I’m in a power chair, and can’t be without my van for very long in the event I had an emergency. The job was completed on time, and the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

I would give John Otero in the Service Department a 10/10.
I would give Tone Coco in the Parts Department a 10/10.
I would give the sales team the following:
- Steve Robinson 7/10 concerns - failure to follow through on verbal commitments and follow up on those commitments
- Edgar **** - 6/10 same concerns
I would also suggest that more communication is needed between sales staff and the Parts Dept. Sales needs to speak with Parts particularly to see that customer follow is met when they have a day off coming.
We had significant frustration and disappointment when sales commitments were not met in a timely manner.
He did an awesome job. I appreciate his dedication to customer service which is often sorely lacking in businesses lately.

John did a great job of greeting me when I brought the vehicle in told me what he thought the problem with my vehicle. I forgot my wallet in the vehicle and he called me right away so so could com back to get it. Called me to confirmed what the vehicle needed and the approx pick up time. Finally, called me when the vehicle was ready for pick up!
As you can see the level of customer care snd service level was excellent !!!! This is the way every service representative should dedd with customers.

Anthony is the beat. There isn't another person more courteous and helpful than he is.
He was very diligent and knew what he was doing, appreciated working with someone so knowledgeable.
I took the car to Kyle to find out why the battery had to be changed practically every 6 months to a year. He did not even try to find out. I then spoke to John Hail who was very rude and told me that I “will be in his shop for a battery change every year.” That my “car will stall every year in the road” with my kids in it. Also, he told me “we have cars on the lots with dead batteries all the time.” “They just die.” And that his American made car “battery dies all the time.” I told Brian the GM about my safety concerns now. Needless to say, we got rid of this seemingly very unreliable vehicle thanks to John Hail and will never own an American made car. The customer service was nil and John Hail made me feel very unsafe in a Chrysler Pacifica (a car Chrysler tries to sell to families for reliability and safety). Also, after John was so rude over the phone I asked him for his boss’s name and he stated he does not have a boss. Good luck with your awful crew. We are done with you and American cars forever thanks to you all.
