My experience was better than I could have hoped. The young lady who initially took my call almost caused me to go somewhere else because she stated she could not find my information and this could not make my appointment even thou I pleaded with her to just create an appointment as though I had never been there. I told her I could just go somewhere else. She then hung up on me. I called back and the gentleman who answered the phone made an appointment for the next day. I came early and was treated very well and my car was finished very quickly. Everyone there was kind and professional. I enjoyed my experience immensely. I will continue to come back for anything I need for my Jeep. Thank you!

You can do so so much better. This is my second jeep grand Cherokee. Was so dissatisfied with your service department last vehicle, I went an hour away to bill like. Richard wanted to tell me why it was on that the car took 2 days for an oil change and battery in key. Had me come back to dealership to drop off a key. Then didn’t have any reason for the malfunction. I have no confidence in the vehicle being repaired. Car is brand new. Your service department and car liability was a huge concern when purchasing but the price was right compared to others. Waiting for another malfunction and will immediately trade in car. You can do so much better.
