I came in for service not to get texted trying to buy my car, nor did I consent to being contacted about that. I also am livid that you used a survey about my service appointment to try again to give me an unsolicited offer to buy my Kia again. I have contacted Hyundai about this improper use service department data to farm sales leads and am considering filing a complaint with the state for violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act regarding the use of my data in a way I did not authorize in order to contact me for a cold sales call.

Unsatisfied with this place, service advisors are not communicative. Left my car for three weeks for warranty repair repairs and I get it back with damages and components not even fitting right. But I’m sure Patrick Beck or any main manager won’t do anything about this comment or any dissatisfied comment. I’ll probably just get a reply from some person that’s paid to write people fake sorry’s all day.
