Bakersfield hyundai is the best
All aspects of of my experience at the service department were excellent.
I had requested no car wash (had just had my car detailed) and while I appreciate it they don’t seem to do the best job and left streaks all over my car. I love the heart behind the idea, but the execution is lacking.
She was very nice and very helpful, helpful and communicated with me when I needed it
Service was very fast and efficient????
The service was fine. The waiting room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I always go to Jose when I’m in the service department! I always feel confident that he is watching out for me and making sure my car is serviced correctly.
I used to hate going into Bakersfield Hyundai because of their high pressure sales team and refusal to make a deal online or over the phone in 2016. I bought this Sonata that year in Victorville because he would make a deal online.
However, due to dealing with Jose my irritation with Bakersfield Hyundai Is softening over the years. When I am ready to buy a carI again, I might even try there first, if they have dropped forcing you to spend hours in the office while the salesman goes back and forth to the finance office. I will not do that ever again.

The Hyundai team was in place from the parking lot arrival to the end of service..they provided transportation home and return fir car pick up.
They did not miss a thing!
