It was the wait for me because I didn't have anyone to pick up everyone is working I was there from 8-2 a long day which lady said it would be 4 hour turned into 6hours
My car has been sitting down there since last Friday waiting for a 12 volt battery to be installed. It bricked in the customer parking area while I was there buying a car with my daughter. No updates from the service department. Thought it might be ready Monday then by Tuesday. Talked to someone today and they said it might be ready this afternoon. 600pm came and they closed. Maybe tomorrow I'm hoping.
My service Consultant Mr. David Clark was polite, knowledgeable and patient. My car was serviced quickly and completely with no iissues. Thank you to everyone at Hyundai.

Information can be communicated bettee. I don't like your change in policy regarding rides to and from the dealership, especially regarding recalls.

David is the one that assisted me today & he was great, no complaints on customer service, no complaints on the services on my car. However, I made an appointment for 11am, I arrived at 10:55, waited in line to check in until 11:13. I was advised it would take a couple hours because the staff were about to go on break. I wasn’t happy with having to wait 2 hours considering I made an appointment, but I also didn’t ask if this is the standard wait time for the service I got. I asked David if they would be done no later than 2pm because I had another appt at 2:30, & he assured me they would. Which they were, I was in my car at 2:04. Again, great customer service & I want to continue to use dealer services, but it’s difficult to justify 3 hours for a routine service when I’ve made an appointment.
My car took over two weeks to fix and I was rarely giving updates. The A/C job took forever because of you having to order new parts. I understand that but if staff could reach out and give updates that would be great. I needed my car and could not get the answers I needed.
To long a wait 2 hours for a oil change
After waiting 45 minutes I was told service could not be completed there.
Was extremely helpful and made sure my car was ready for me when I went to pick it and he made sure to let me

Took to long for the recall repair
For my first experience getting my vehicle serviced I really appreciate all the information and help Alyssa gave me during my appointment. The staff was all great and helpful.
When I made the appointment for service, I specifically stated the tires needed to be changed. When I arrived at the service desk, they asked if the tires had been ordered. I said they should have been because that was one of the services I requested. Unfortunately, they hadn't been ordered. My appointment was at 10 AM, and the place they get them from didn’t open until 11 AM. So what should have been a 2 - 3 hour service took 6 hours. I also live 1 1/2 hours away, so it made for a VERY long day.
Well to be completely satisfied after paying over 150 dollars. I could at least receive my vehicle washed. And I don't think the software update recall was done.

Service was good. Didn’t like being ambushed when I was leaving in regards to trading in my car and buying anew one. My car wasn’t parked in a parking spot it was right across from the new car lot with two sales representatives waiting. I was curious so I let them run some numbers even though I said I wasn’t buying but they continued to push that I didn’t like. I was targeted as soon as I arrived because of the text I got on my phone about your buy back program. Not cool.

Christian is very outgoing and friendly to get care of me and was able to get 3 out of the 4 recalls on my vehicle. Taken care of which I appreciated, kept me informed in regards to my vehicle status.
