Headlights were only supposed to be adjusted from the previous service. With no charge. My daughter took it in and they charged her for new headlights which the car did not need

I shouldn't have to pay Lyft to be able to get my car when it's ready. Paying only one way isn't good customer experience. Other dealerships pay to be dropped off and picked up at the dealership. My car needed a recall performed. Also to correct a previous recall that wasn't performed correctly.
I didn’t get any good communication about the condition of my car from Alyssa until right before 6 pm. When I tried to reply I was told she had left for the day. This is not a very professional representation of a company of your stature.
I had to wait until the next day to pickup my car. If I was working I would have to find another way to get to work and have to pay extra because of no or poor communication from a technical person representing your company.

The stering box cover that might be opend for installing the cylinder was not closed properly. I had to press and close it. Also some papers were thrown inside the car it was not cleaned properly and finally the car was not washed. In spite of car wash was complimentary and I asked for it .
We got a call saying our Tucson was ready for pick up. We drove all the way back to the dealership to pick up. They said they mixed our car up with another car because they had like 7 of the same color Tucson’s. Our car was not ready. Then we began to question did they even do the correct services on our vehicle? We had to leave and come back later once it was truly ready. Mistakes happen to everyone but it seems odd that a dealership wouldn’t refer to a plate number.
Love Joey, he's such a great person. Always cordial and professional. Bakersfield Hyundai is blessed to have him as part of their team. He's definitely a keeper.
I feel as if Briana wasn’t as communicative as a service advisor should be. Alyssa had a lot better communication when it came to my car. I also think that the staff itself was very unresponsive as I called more than once and I think I was put on hold longer than actually speaking to a service advisor.
The best service ever!!! Treated with patience and kindness.
