I was told, and I signed papers stating that the oil was changed and my tires were rotated. When I got my car the tires was not rotated and I know this because of a mark I had on my two back tires they were in the same place. When I went back in to ask why my tires wasn’t rotated, one of the employees grabbed another paper and said the reason why they wasn’t rotated. I was very disappointed to discover that I signed something that was fabricated, but they had the correct information, how many times have this happened ? This makes me very disappointed in your service……

Coming in I was greeted with friendly staff Joey & Cristian . Cristian was my Service Technician and remembered on my lady Ouk change visit he mentioned I would be need brakes . Came in for an oil change and mentioned about hearing a whistle sound as I brake my car. Right away he remembered about my brakes so I gad that service as well. Yes feel the difference already . Cristian is awesome and very helpful. I like him as my Service Tech to have the same person to know my car issues.

My service rep was great, everyone was wonderful. My only issue is that I got an email that said I needed a warranty required service and had a anti-theft recall that was needed. So I made my appointment for those things. Once there I find out that everything required for the service had been done the last time I was in, and that a part needed to be ordered for the recall. If someone had checked my appointment reservation, they could have let me know I didn't need the service and ordered the part needed FOR THE APPOINTMENT, thus not wasting everyone's time today. Now I have to make another appointment sometime in the future to finish what should have been done today. There is no point in making an appointment for specific service if the specific service can't be handled at the appointment, right? Your employees' time should be respected, as well as mine.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. My car was serviced efficiently, and I felt confident and informed throughout the process. I will absolutely be returning.

Very impressed with a technician whose name is Christian. He went to great lengths to help us understand the technical aspects of what were repaired and corrected. Brianna was very professional as well. I would like to suggest that your grounds crew repair a gap between the lawn and parking areas for customers. My wife fell stepping over it and her knees and elbow is bruised.

Had I had an incident with a car where it was parked, and the rear collision light came on and then the front collision line came on, the car was non-responsive for about 15 minutes and then went back to normal. I could not be given an answer as to what happened. Also, the car wash made my car look a lot dirtier than it was.

I had a 9:00am appointment but work on my car did not start until after 11am and was not completed until after 1pm. The representative was very good as well the ability to text and have questions answered. Not having to pay for oil change was truly appreciated. I do have to return to have software update taken care of since it could not be completed so hopefully that runs smoother and without the 4 hour delay.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Hyundai service department. I dropped off my vehicle on December 10th and did not receive it back until January 2nd. During this time, I experienced extremely poor communication. I called multiple times and left several messages requesting updates, but I never received a return call. After weeks of no communication, I went to the dealership in person to ask for an update. The only response I received was “I don’t know,” which I found unprofessional and unacceptable, especially given how long my vehicle had been there. Additionally, I was not provided with a loaner or rental vehicle until the third week, which caused significant inconvenience. When my vehicle was finally ready, I was never contacted. Once again, I had to go in person to ask about the status, at which point I was told the vehicle was already ready for pickup. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and unprofessional customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I expect better service and clearer communication from Hyundai, and I hope this issue is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same problems. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter. Sincerely, Liz Almanza

Alyssa aHernandez did an excellent job on following the servicing and double clutch replacement on my car. She got me a loaner to drive while my car was in the shop. I appreciate her taking care of my car and letting me know when it was ready to come home. Thank you Alyssa!.

My service provider Alyssa ignored all of my communication attempts and did not get back to me with any information in regards to my car. My car was sitting in your law for a whole 24 hours and Ella did not contact me. I tried contacting her over five times texting her and calling and absolutely no reply. The cars system was not reset for the service nor was the sticker on the dashboard was changed. Alyssa has been horrible. This is the last time I am taking my car to you guys for service. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be filing a complaint to Hyundai corporate due to this.
