I was told 2 hrs wait even though I have appointment for this service at 1.30pm I checked in my vehicle at 1.30pm and I got vehicle back at 5.45 more than 4 hrs. I was not told about the charges of service we were getting calls from Hyundai that service is over due. I was not told that contract service is due in 32k mile at the time of booking also when I talked to manage he told me I am not required to come to dealership for service I can get it done outside of dealership. Service manager listen to his employee before listening to me he also told me I am going to loose my warranty

I had my dual clutch replaced for the 4th time last Thursday. I had to take my car back yesterday because it was leaking transmission fluid. I will be calling tomorrow because it's still leaking fluid.

Christian was great and the work done on my car was very good. When I asked if my car would be washed, I was told that it would be, but it definitely wasn’t. This would be a nice perk to bringing one’s car to the dealership for service. My Mazda always got washed at Bakersfield Mazda. All the employees here at Bakersfield Hyundai were pleasant and engaging.

It was my very bad experience, I am not at all satisfied with your service, I scheduled my appointment well in advance at 9 am for Wednesday , I was there at the right time , They handover my car to me at 1.30pm that to with repeat reminders to know the status and my car not washed it look like it was not serviced.
