All the issue they resolved is still there . I take my car back three times . It’s still leaking oil and it’s still shaking even though they fix the clutch twice or three times. They adjust it but never replaced it . Now it’s back in shop from last couple days . No one answer and update how long it will take . My service rep is never on desk . All those time I get my car fixed . So it’s not pleasant experience at all .
I had made an appointment for oil change. My oil change was at 11:15 I gave my vehicle to your team at 11 am. I did not receive the vehicle until 1:38pm. This is the longest oil change I have even been part of. Do better! My time is just as important as yours.
Cristian Olmos is the only person in the service department who acknowledges his customers. Because of him our service was excellent.

I scheduled my car to have a service bulletin repair performed. However, my service advisor took it upon herself to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I just did that a 1000 miles prior to my appointment. I prefer a certain brand of oil in my vehicles and the service advisor did the work without my authorization or approval.
My first required service (oil n filter and rotation) was fine but my issue of auto braking front and rear was not explained to my satisfaction. Basically it was left as if I were backing out of my garage and someone was standing behind me it would not stop and same for forward movement. At the time I bought this car the safety features were the main reason for buying this car this model with every safety feature available. Now I’m told after spending over $50k it only breaks at higher speeds.
My other issue of how to use navigation was handled very nicely by
Mina (salesman).
