One of my tires came out with a bulgde on the sidewall and it was not like that when i took it in, unfortunately i left right after they closed and was unable to reach someone my car only has only 6300 miles i would like to know if there is something that can be done and or if its covered by the tire manufacturer warranty or by the dealer.

I’ve had my car in twice for the air conditioner. The first time I was told I didn’t know how to work it. I do. Yesterday they still did not listen and told me the compressor broke while they were working on it. The compressor came on today and the air conditioner worked fine until I stopped and restarted the car then it would not work. This has been the problem all along and you don’t seem to believe me even though this is a common problem with this year of the car. I am Most unsatisfied.

Customer service checking in is GREAT!! Wait time is terrible! I had an appointment & I was there 3 hours! My car took 3 & a half to be done for a simple oil change service. This is ridiculous

Service personnel were very professional. Hyundai warranty policy was disappointing in regards to a plastic part which broke in my glove compartment. I will contact Hyundai USA regarding this issue.

Adrienne was very helpful and friendly. She also explained to me what service Hyundai was providing vs. Jiffy Lube where I’d gotten another quote for my brake pads. I was glad to be getting better service from Hyundai so that my brake pads will last longer. I also trust the job you all do more than I would at a random service station.

Dezerae was very attentive, friendly and fast. As soon as she was done with her customer, she called the next one up. Great communication, very efficient, she got my car info, set up my ride home and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. It was a great experience!!

My car remains at the dealership getting fixed after 3 days. I returned on the 1st day after being informed it was fixed and than a user authentication signal appeared and have not received any further updates since than.

My schedule for oil change was 11:00. I was there on time. I was told that wait time is 3 hours so I opted to be shuttled home. She said i will receive a calll. My car is done. She never called me. I caled the dealer around 3pm. To check if my car is done. The service tracking says my car Was still in service. After a long wait, i was told that my car is ready and a lyft will pick me up. When i showed up at the dealer, i was informed that my phone in record is erroneous. I had multiple hyundai cars and get serviced by the Bakersfield , and never had that problem. When I got the lyft service to go home, she just told me that the luft car is a tesla. Good thing there was only 1 tesla in front of the dealer. Normally, i will have a tracking sent to my phone. She is full of talks and No work. She said that my phone was erroneous. It was actually printed on the first Line Of the service page.
