I had an appointment at 10:30. My car’s service was not even started until 1:00pm. I did not leave until 1:30. That was after repetitive visits to the counter when 12:30 came around and I hadn’t heard anything and the update for the progress of service still hadn’t changed. When I asked at 12;30, they said 45 more minutes… of which it was another hour. I’m still getting notifications that my service is due both on my car and carfax emails from bakersfield Hyundai.

Dissatisfied I had a 11:15 am appointment and didn't get my car back until 5:10 pm. I was also charged a 50.00 fee for looking at my front passenger door handle, my extended warranty has a 50.00 copay for the repair, not happy since my door handle is not functioning properly.
Dezerae along with all the service advisors are the best! Everyone is always friendly, courteous & professional. I look forward to bringing in my car for oil changes because it’s always such a great experience. Thanks Bakersfield Hyundai!

I'm not satisfied and you shouldn't send these surveys immediately after an appointment. Issues are often not apparent for days or even weeks after work has been done.
Dezarae explained everything and answered all my questions. She has great customer service!
