In and out within 2 hours for an air compressor. The air conditioning system is working great. Thank you for being efficient.
We took out palisade in for two problems to be fixed under warranty. One was the steering wheel casket. This was 9/20/24.now the steering wheel is worst. It makes a louder noise and I can feel it hitting something when I turn the wheel. The sunroof wind shield piece was replaced but the vehicle now indicates the sunroof is open. Now I have to take it in once again to get it them checked.

I brought my car in at 1 p.m. I called twice and texted twice around 4 to see if I could get an update because the car progress graphic on the web link had not moved at all. I got no response. I tried again around 5 and was told my car was going through "finishing touches." About an hour and 15 minutes later I went to pick up my car and was told it was still undergoing "finishing touches." I got out of there about 15 minutes later. 15 minutes after I got home I got a text saying my car was ready for pickup.
She has been great. I love that she texts me with updates.

I waited for an hour and my car was never even touched. This is the whole point of an appointment, so I dont have a crazy long wait time. Horrible that you make people wait like this.
