I waited 4 hrs for them to tell me that the vehicle was not fixed because you did not have the parts for it. And I received a message saying my car was ready 12:02pm and they didn't give it me till 1:30pm. I also asked why did I not get my car washed and their response was *the paint in your car is bad we can't was it*. I feel there was poor communication and terrible customer service.
