Treat everyone with respect and dignity came in for my car to be service before my appointment time people so came for the same service was out within a timely matter when I asked questions no real response back and other customers ask me how I was here before them and they done already I understand short staff days but no way my appt at 11 and I didn’t leave til 15mins before 3 but those after was in and out
The service department quoted 1 hour foe oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment early for a routine service... something simple and easy to quoted a service time. I'm on a vacation and time is of the premium... over 2 hours for a scheduled service is unacceptable and shows poor management and terrible customer respect. Quoting proper times gives the customer an option of going home and returning later or waiting. I live 25 minutes from the dealership so that's 50 minutes on an hour quoted aervice...why should I go home. So I waited and waited and waited. After inquiring about the completion time, it was still far from finished. I had to re-arrange appointments that I had made based upon your time frame. Funny thing is that I called earlier in the week and was told 1 hr 45 minutes without an appointment. WHEN I was ready to sign off my paperwork I was told "this will be your last free oil change and tire roatation" (warranty ending)... Then they'll bring your car up and a non sincere "sorry for your wait." Then I watched as the guy bringing my car up was blocked by another car so he had turn around and go the other way... putting car in and out of gear along with breaking and accelerating out of frustration... I drive my car with a lot more care and concern for others. That's my car and should be treated better... I don't jam around in it... neither should your people... especially around parked cars. You should work on a specific amount of oils changes/tire rotations and commit to shorter time frames or better quotes.
Growth, Responsibility, respect, loyalty, and integrity... I like you're dealership, the people are usually friendly, and I want to tell others about my good experiences and recommendation you to them... but The service department is an area that needs some polishing. I have higher expectations and hope the next time I get service, I will see an improvement... I want Bakersfield dealerships to do well... don't give others a reason to go elsewhere.
Poor communication. No response to texts and not able to reach with the number provided. We had to ultimately have the service manager take care of it. Our car was there from Monday evening to Thursday with no communication from Alyssa except call a number for questions. The number provided said that we were calling after hours.
Alyssa was a terrible service writer. She was good when I checked my car in at 7:50am...although she did not look at the car. She gave me misinformation when I was leaving regarding proving a ride back to pick my car up. She told me the service would take approximately 3 hours and would call with updates. This never happened. I started trying to reach her after about 4 1/2 hours and she was never available. She finally called me around 2:20 and I agreed to the additional work. She said my car would be ready in 1 hour. Two hours later I had not heard from her so I called...again she was unavailable...I finally got the gentleman that answered to verify that my car was ready..this is when I was told that you no longer provide pickup service! Ten and a half years coming here...never have I given a bad review but Alyssa's service was terrible. I would recommend that customers not deal will her...I know that I never will again!
First time to be in the maintenance department. The work is ok, advisor is ok , the facility plus the freebies are super awesome and very classy experience except for the promised time of hour went to almost 2 hours. I guess my suggestions is to give only an estimated time And leeway to give the costumer options whether to hang out on the facility or take shuttle service to go home.
David Clark is exceptional and extremely helpful for my car service. He is also helpful to me as a person too. Thank you to him and thank you to your company’s great car service.

Took way longer than promised
Horrible experience. My car was a million times worse after being there 3 weeks. Couldn't drive it and had to be towed home.Car was also filthy. Paid 200. 00 for a diagnostic. I don't know what was done to make it not drivable. I wasn't even given a heads up. Very unhappy with Hyndai.
Was a lot better than the last time I brought it in. Appreciate it.
