Very happy with the service I received
The issue with my car’s oil housing unit was not fully explained to me. The adviser simply told me it was unsafe to drive, they wouldn’t have the part for 2 days (it ended up being 4 days), and she won’t have a rental for me until Monday (it was Saturday). When I asked her what I should do because I need my car, she said, “My hands are tied.” When I picked the car up, I asked if they checked whether the oil part damaged anything else, and he just said, “I’m not your adviser, so I don’t know. But they should have.” I genuinely want to get rid of my Hyundai so I don’t have to go to the service department again.

I was so disappointed. After spending 1400 dollars on work I picked up a car that had a check engine light on. When I brought the car in there was no light on, AFTER the work it was on. I couldn’t even get it checked out because they were closing so now I have to take the car back in on Monday(today is Friday).

Honestly I don't understand what happened this time I am very disappointed with the service I called twice the last time I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and no one answered back, I texted my advisor and she never replied, usually I don't do this but this time I was almost late to work because of that.
I feel like family with Bakersfield Hyundai service department!! Thank you all for being very helpful and friendly as usual.
