The service dept Employee was great.I took my vehicle in for an oil change service but what I wasn't expecting was the messyness in the engine compartment with oil residue on the plastic area's under the hood.

Briana took my initial phone call to schedule service and was also the person who assisted me for today's service. On both occasions she was very professional and pleasant to work with. I am driving my 3rd Hyundai, two sonatas and my favorite car ever Ioniq6. Best dealer service dept I have ever used and I've been driving almost 50 years. Bakersfield Hyundai, Bakersfield Hyundai (couldn't help it) is a great dealership for sales and service.

We would like to be informed more often the status of our car maintenance. We were told it would be done in 45 minutes when it actually took 1.5 hours. That’s all. Our representative was very helpful and informative otherwise.
