James was very polite, personable and honest. I appreciated his candor and how he explained the issues with my car. James called me to see if I wanted to continue with the servicing of the AC unit. I said yes and told him, jokingly, not to call me back with nothing else wrong with my car. Well, he did! He called me back about the condition of my tires. The cost to service my car was over $1700; however, the cost was very reasonable and the service James provided was outstanding! Even the cashier Ileta was very nice and had a big smile. Great customer service.

Very frustrated and unsatisfactory. We brought our 2012 Kia Sedona in to fix our rear sliding doors. We spent close to $1K, and again the sliding doors don’t close the way they should. We had to wait more than week to have it repaired the second time because there wasn’t a loaner car available. Both sliding doors are not working again. We spent $1k and have the same performing sliding doors. I want a refund.
