Anthony was going to take me to my car in the parking lot instead of bring my car to me. I am walking on a cane and it would have been difficult. Luckily another tall African American older male employee stopped Anthony at the door and took the keys and said I will go get her car and bring it to her. That is the first time that I was ever told to walk to the parking lot to get my car. I have bought two other souls from you in addition to the soul that I have now which makes it three. Anthony seemed frazzled as though he was a little confuse so maybe he was just having a difficult day. Other than that service was fine. However, I certainly didn’t feel special.

I was told the rack on my 15 Kia Sorento was fixed. After spending almost $1700 on it, I picked it up and it is still making the popping nose and I can still feel the popping when I turn left. Please let me know when I can bring it back in to be re-evaluated.
